Our Curriculum.
Our episodes, consisting of a total of 6 camps, follows the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelations.
The Greatest King
Covers Genesis 1 -12
“Who is the greatest King?” Is it Sejong the wise? Elizabeth the Important? Or maybe Napoleon the strong? In our first series we explore the creation story, the fall, continued fall and the beginning of God’s nation in Abraham (Genesis 1-12).
Throughout the three/four days, we will explore the truth that God is the Greatest King, and we’ll find out that the one he looks for isn’t someone who rules with their own strength, importance or wisdom, but rather, the one who completely trusts in God. Pointing to the gospel, we show that God is the ‘Greatest King’ that rules not by strength but by love, with the ultimate act of love demonstrated by Jesus on the cross.
Who will be the Champions
Covers Genesis 12 - Kings 10
“Who will win the game?” Our second, video game themed bible camp explores the journey of God’s nation from Abraham in Genesis 12 all the way to King Solomon in 1 Kings 10. Join the journey of God's nation as they level up with 1. People, 2. Law, 3. Land, to finally 4. Be a model nation. As God's team, they must be pure to win the game! Purity is Power! But can they stay pure when faced with the journey of levelling up? Can they be the model nation God called them to be?
Through series two, we see God's continual patience and love for his team Israel, and when all seems lost and it appears that they are unable to win the game, God himself steps into the game to display the ultimate act of love for his creation (Gospel).
Master Chef
Covers Kings 10 - Malachi
“Who is the true Master Chef?” Our third bible camp explores the story of Israel from Solomon (1 Kings 10) all the way to the close of the Old Testament (Malachi). In this Pizza Restaurant themed bible camp, we see two ways to make pizza; Mr Yahweh’s way, (yummy Italian) or Mr B’s way (microwaved and gross).
Only God’s way leads to true life. His way is the best way! But will his restaurant (Israel) remember this when faced with bigger, worse restaurants such as Babylon and Egypt? We will journey through Israel’s journey of prosperity (David) to split (Jeroboam/Rehoboam), decline (Ahab), eventual exile (Daniel, Ezekiel) and return (Ezra, Nehemiah). When it seems that God’s restaurant has completely forgotten that God’s way is the true way, we see the real Master Chef come to his restaurant to give true food, eternal life (Gospel).
Jesus: Master of the Way
Covers four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John)
“Who’s way is the true way?” Our fourth bible camp explores the life of Jesus' public ministry chronologically by bringing together the four gospels in a fun, kung fu themed word.
The world of Kung-Fu is going through a challenging time, controlled by the big bad Roman empire. In this challenging time, the lost people are waiting for the promised Grandmaster, trying to find the true way of Kung Fu. Join our team!
The Pharisee’s follow the old way of Moses, the Essenes follow the way of isolation, The Zealots follow the way of revolution, and the Sadducees follow the way of compromise. Around this time, a new teacher arrives in town to teach a new way, the way that leads to life.
We follow Jesus’ public ministry all the way to the cross and resurrection, where he invites us to follow in his path.Covers Kings 10 to Malachi
ComMission
Covers Acts and Paul’s letters (15)
“Yes, I will take this mission sir!” Our fifth bible camp picks up straight after Jesus, the Grand Commander, has returned to the father. His followers, initially left confused, receive their big mission, to tell the nations that “Jesus is King!”. Now that their Grand Commander is gone, God gives them a new helper, the Holy Spirit, to guide them. Will they accept this mission?
This spy-themed journey starts with the early church and focuses on Paul as he travels around the world to preach the gospel, from Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria to the ends of the Earth! In this adventure, we see the challenges of preaching the gospel to both Jew and Gentile, exploring Paul’s letters in this process. We see through this journey that the Gospel and God’s mission cannot be stopped! And he has asked you to join him today!
Yedam & the Lamb
Covers Revelations and Common Epistles
Returning to our Kingdom theme from Greatest King, our protagonist is living through the last ages. Faced with many of the challenges and trials of the world, will our protagonist stay true until the King returns? To those who stay true, there is a wedding feast to look forward to!
The last of the Ezemiah series covers Revelations and the remaining epistles written by the apostles. With the visions and dreams recorded by the apostle John, the series is finished with what is happening in the 21st century that we live in and what Christians should be aware and expecting in the future, before Jesus comes as the Judge.
